Seafood and Avocado Summer Salad

Ingredients
1 pkg. (6 oz.) Fresh Express® 5-Lettuce Mix™ 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped 1/2 cup celery, sliced 2/3 cup fresh mango, diced 1/4 cup red bell pepper, julienne sliced 8 oz. small cooked shrimp and/or lump crab meat 2 ripe Fresh California Avocado, diced 5 oz. Litehouse® Ranch DressingInstructions
- In a large salad bowl toss together Fresh Express 5-Lettuce Mix, red onion, celery, mango and red bell pepper.
- Top with shrimp or crab and ripe Fresh California Avocado.
- Toss with Litehouse Ranch Dressing just prior to serving.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
