*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
*Tarragon is often found in green goddess dressing recipes but it has a strong flavor and can be overpowering. Just a pinch of chopped fresh or dried tarragon in combination with other herbs is recommended for balanced flavor.
